eBay Open Seller Conference Returns in 2022 as Hybrid Online and Live Event
One of eBay’s biggest seller conferences of the year, eBay Open will return on September 21-23, 2022, the company announced today.
A hybrid format is planned by eBay this year to connect, educate, inspire, and celebrate its seller community. The event will largely take place online along with three in-person events.
Thousands of sellers are expected to join online for content and sessions they won’t find anywhere else designed to help them grow their businesses and deepen community connections.
eBay says that sellers can pick and choose from an agenda featuring three half-days of fundamental and advanced training sessions, seller-led and category breakouts, executive keynotes, fireside chats, seller discussions, networking, and more.
And this year eBay is adding eBay Open Studio in-person events. Sellers can join eBay staff live and in person on September 23 in New York, Austin, and Los Angeles.
These eBay Open Studio events will be three hours long and will include watch parties for the closing keynote, Q&As with eBay leaders, and a social hour with sellers from the local area.
eBay anticipates a big interest in these local events and suggests sellers register as early as possible to ensure their place.
Tickets to the eBay Open Studio events will be $20. Every attendee will receive a $20 eBay Gift Card, eBay swag, and a lot more. However, the three-day eBay Open virtual conference is 100% cost-free.
eBay Open Registration to Open on July 20
On Wednesday, July 20, eBay will open up registration for eBay Open 2022. Check the eBay Open site for more details as they become available.
This year marks the first time an eBay Open will feature a live element after the company switched to an all-online conference in 2021 and canceled the 2020 event due to the Covid pandemic.
